I didn't want to run today...I never do. I did my typical warm-up of 1/4 mile at 3mph. Then I ran for 1.75 miles at 5mph. I then increased my incline to 1% for 1/8 of a mile and then increased my speed to 6mph for the last 1/8 mile. I did a 1/4 mile cool-down at 3mph. Felt really good when I finished. I also did crunches for the twohundredsitups.com challenge (I'm on week 1, day 2, column 2) |
