I just haven't been feeling quit right today. My ears are ringing and feel plugged and I'm dizzy. I put off running until about 4 and decided if I didn't do it soon I wasn't going to get it done because I am only feeling worse, not better. Did my 4 mile run at 5mph and my .5 mile walk. Didn't seem too bad while running, or at least I didn't notice my ears as much. Hope this goes away soon. |
