I was still a little sore from my 5K on Monday and also from hours of gardening yesterday but managed to still run 5 miles and walk .5 miles, of course on the boring treadmill. I am listening to Eragon on CD for a bookclub and that helped to pass the time. I ran at 5mph. At 4.5 miles I increased the incline to 1% then I increased it to 2% at 4.75 miles. It was a good work out and now I'm even more sore! Tomorrow I will do Pilates. |
