Today was a 2 mile run or crosstraining day. I ran 2 miles and walked .5. I decided to start working on hills a little so I did my normal 5mph pace but did the 1st mile at 1% incline and the 2nd mile at 2% incline. Felt like a good workout since I am totally not used to hills but I pushed myself to finish it without changing the speed or incline. |
