Walked 1/2 mile, Ran 2 1/4 miles at 5mph. Added my 1/4 mile to my run today for the first time this week. All I can say is "I made it". Instead of music I listened to an audiobook today. I also did my push-ups. I am on week three and have up-graded to column 3. My exhaustion test when I started was 10. My exhaustion test for starting this week was 26! So, I am getting stronger. I'm also starting to see some weight come off which is keeping me motivated. |
