Well, today was my birthday so I decided to change my running schedule a little to make today my day of rest and tomorrow my run day. I decided not to work out at all. After lying in bed tonight for a few minutes I just couldn't stand not exercising at all and I got up and did my basic pilates followed by push-ups and crunches. I think I'm hooked on the exercise now. For push-ups I started over the 100 push-up challenge with regular form push-ups. I'm not sure if I'll be able to finish though because they hurt my wrists and my back. I'll try again in a few days. On sit-ups I am still on week 6, day 1, column 3. These I did ok on and should be able to complete the 200 next week.
