We got a Wii fit this last weekend and I've been a slacker and have been "working out" on it instead of doing my runs. It's a lot of fun but it's time for me to get serious about running again. My run wasn't easy today by any means and I so didn't want to do it. But, as usual, I'm glad I did it and feel really good now. I have been moody and tired this week and I think not running has been part of the problem. I am planning on running another 5K on Monday so I have to keep up the training. I hope to run it under 30 minutes again which will probably be harder because it is a much higher altitude here than in Florida but I'll give it a shot. |
